We have just bought a holiday apartment in Rincon de la Victoria, after several years of deliberation, with the invaluable help of Peter Nielsen from homes-abroad.com (Costa del Sol east office).

Over the phone and email, we had asked Peter to put together a program for us for an extended weekend. Peter had found approx. 10 homes, all of which were based on our wishes. Peter came up with several surprises along the way, and the apartment we ended up buying is actually one of them.

We have felt in very safe hands from the first meeting and it has been absolutely fantastic with a local estate agent. Peter also recommended a great  lawyer, which we chose to use.

Peter has been an invaluable help and given us security throughout the process.

We are now leaving and looking forward to handing over the keys at the beginning of 2025.
