We started 4-5 years ago by making contact with homes-abroad because we wanted a local broker to help us buy our property in Spain. We had chosen the area around Gran Alacant and Santa Pola ourselves, mainly because it was close to Alicante airport.

Jesper Bejerholm from the Alicante office helped us along the way and was always good at answering our inquiries. When we started looking for a specific accommodation, we were in the dilemma that we loved Playa Carabassi, which is a really nice beach at Gran Alacant, but lacked city life and easy access to cafes, restaurants and shopping. On the other hand, we could find that in Santa Pola, but there we didn't care about the beaches, which were also important to us.

Jesper made us turn our attention to Guardamar del Segura and we are very grateful for that.

Here we have found the perfect home in the middle of everything we wanted - city life, cafes, restaurants, shopping opportunities and not least a really delicious beach right outside the door.
