Phone and wifi coverage is good. Water comes from a well and pump, shared with the neighbours. There's also a community shared message group which can be very helpful, especially if you're away.

The beach In Castell de Ferro is 7 km away, just under 15 minutes by car, and there we also find big supermarkets, restaurants and the nearest health centre open 24/7, while the nearest hospital is in Motríl about 30 minutes away. To the north we have Granada capital, and the Sierra Nevada with some of Europe's best ski slopes, all about an hour away. The nearest airport is to the east in Almería just over 1 hour away, or to the west in Málaga, around an 1h and 15 mins away.
