The front door opens to a small porch which opens to the good size, open plan lounge / dining room. This is all tastefully decorated and furnished with hot & cold air conditioning. Off one of the bedrooms we access the mid terrace which is very private and holds a hot tub – FABULOUS! Stairs from here lead to the roof terrace. This is part covered with summer kitchen and dining area and part open offering some great views over the rooftops to the sea.
There are radiators and gas central heating installed throughout, but the current owners are happy with the air conditioning. As I mentioned, it is a gorgeous home with lots of natural light and fabulous views. VIEWING RECOMMENDED!
