The pool area is surrounded by cypress trees, which add elegance and privacy to this location.
The house is built in 2004 and designed by the owners themselves, built with excellent building materials and with a favourable design so as not to lose the impressive views of the sea. They have created unique details that give it a lot of personality, as well as a floor plan that is very favourable.
This area is very quiet area with only 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach and 10 minutes drive to Almuñecar, or in the other direction, Salobrena. Malaga airport is an hour's drive away, there are also regular bus services from Malaga to Almunecar. In the winter months you are only an hour and a half drive from Granada and skiing in the Sierra Nevada, the best of both worlds.
