After many months of searching for the right home in Spain, where many realtors would like us to use them exclusively, we met Line Lützow from homes-abroad in Alicante. With Line, we experienced having a competent and locally known broker who would not just sell a home, but definitely evaluate the homes with full integrity from both ours and the sellers' side.

With the meeting with Line Lützow, we have experienced meeting an honest and committed "broker" who all the way has made us feel listened to and who also understood our "struggle". By this I do not mean that Line spoke to us by mouth, on the contrary, if our expectations ran a little off with us then Line should probably tell us that we were now unrealistic or unreasonable.

On the other hand, she was also the one who sometimes pointed out disadvantages or shortcomings of the houses. All in all, we have only been positive and very satisfied with Line's approach and help with our home purchase.

This resulted in us trusting that Line could help us all the way and therefore chose to use Line throughout the search process.

A long story short, we are today the happy owners of the most beautiful House in the Altea area.
