We had been looking for the right place to buy our holiday home for several years and in the autumn of 2020 we decided that the area Costa del Sol East (east of Malaga) seems to be the right place for us. Until February 2021, we had searched all the housing sites covering this area and felt really well prepared and ready to contact various brokers. All homes met the agreed criteria and not a single one of the houses was "hit by''. We ended up signing a reservation on this trip and took over our new house in August 2021.
