Spanish law requires that someone in the country has a key to the property.

Club Homes-Abroad Key holding service includes that we have 3 sets of keys stored in our office. We offer key collection and extradition to, for example, guests, tenants and suppliers against written receipt. This ensures your security about who has access to your property. Your keys will not be delivered from our office without signed letter from you.

We are only able to take responsibility for the property or any of its contents when we are sole key holders.
