I would just like to say a few words on my appreciation for all the effort and hard work that Homes Abroad put in on my behalf in the purchase of my new apartment in Riviera del sol (Costa del Sol)

I met Homes Abroad at the “place in the sun” exhibition in London back in March after being let down by other agents down on the Costa del Sol.

When visiting the home abroad stand I was immediately impressed with their positive attitude and friendly manner.

I had a trip down to Spain planned for the following month so their local office immediately started putting a selection of properties together to view and arranging with the relevant agents. On my first day of viewings I was pleasantly surprised at the respect they were being shown by the respective selling agents knowing they was working on my behalf as a buyer’s broker.

Over the next week they were fantastic in their arranging of times of viewings and at the same time building a relationship, so as to fully understand my requirements. Even when this involved me wanting to check out areas that they knew I would soon disregard from my search! They knew that was a decision I had to make without them applying any pressure.

When finding the right property in the right area they then showed their absolute professionalism, commitment and determination in putting in an offer and completing on what was an amazing deal for me in the purchase of a 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

For anyone looking to buy in the Costa del Sol area I would not hesitate to recommend Homes Abroad for their knowledge of the area and their understanding of what the client is looking for.

I know now I have also made good friends, that I look forward to catching up with on trips down to put their knowledge of great restaurants and bars to the test.
