How we found our dream home in Spain.

We had for some time been thinking about buying an apartment in Spain. In February, we were on the "Holidays for all fair" in Herning, Denmark and there we met Homes-Abroad.net and their team. We told them that we in our summer holidays would travel to Spain and that we would like to see some properties.

We also told them also about our wishes to the apartment and the area. They recommended us to go for Costa Blanca, specifically Orihuela Costa. Then came the summer holidays where we were going to Spain. We met with Kristian Rasmussen from the local homes-abroad office and he showed us the area and some super apartments, which perfectly matched our requirements.

A few weeks after we got home from summer holidays, we decided to buy an apartment. We contacted Kristian and we agreed that we should all meet in Spain. We travelled down there three days in September and we saw again some nice apartments. We found an apartment that fitted 100% to our wishes and we decided to buy it.

Kristian organized the same day a meeting with a lawyer who would help us with all the convenience. The lawyer subordinates everything regarding. purchase and we felt all along that we were in good hands. It was always easy to get in touch with the lawyer and Kristian.

In late November, we travelled back to Spain. We met with Kristian at our apartment. He handed the keys to us, and together we went through everything. The day after we visited the lawyer, where we were given the deed. We also went to the bank, where everything was in perfect order.

We highly recommend Kristian Rasmussen and Homes Abroad to others who are interested in buying property in Spain. They provide a high service and they have a great knowledge of the area.
