In concern with our purchase of an apartment on the Costa del Sol, we contacted homes-abroad.com and their office in Fuengirola. They had exactly the apartment for sale that we had been looking for. Because of Covid-19, it was not possible for us to come down and see the apartment, so they sent us a nice video showing of the apartment. We made the decision that this was the apartment we were going to own, so we started the deal. 

But their service did not end here. We would like to have an air conditioning installed in all rooms, as well as a staircase to the roof terrace etc. They were quick and offered that they could help get quotes from craftsmen so we could get it done as soon as we were handed the key to the apartment. Again, with the help of video demonstration with various craftsmen, we went through the apartment about where air conditioning and stairs etc. should be set up, after which we received offers so we could start the process even though we were still sitting back in Denmark. 

We had never expected to receive such a fantastic service as a buyer, but it has given us the best start we could wish for on our new home in Spain.
 
Everything has worked to the letter, the apartment was just as we expected, so no surprises.
